"TUBULAR BELLS"


"Tubular Bells" to debiutancka płyta angielskiego muzyka Mike'a Oldfield'a z 1973 roku. Nagrał ją w wieku

19 lat. Był to pierwszy album wydany przez wytwórnię Virgin Records. "Tubular Bells" zawiera tylko dwa utwory instrumentalne: "Tubular Bells Part 1" (25:36) oraz "Tubular Bells Part 2" (23:20). 
Płyta znajdowała się 279 tygodni na brytyjskiej liście przebojów. Intro pierwszej części "Dzwonów rurowych" zostało użyte w horrorze William'a Friedkin'a "Egzorcysta".
Album ma 3 sequele: "Tubular Bells II" (1992), "Tubular Bells III" (1998) and "The Millennium Bell" (1999).


"Tubular Bells" is the debut record album of English musician Mike Oldfield, recorded when he was 19 and released in 1973. It was the first album released by Virgin Records. Track listing includs: "Tubular Bells, Part One" (25:36) and "Tubular Bells, Part Two" (23:20). 
"Tubular Bells" stayed 279 weeks in the UK chart. The opening piano solo was used briefly in the soundtrack to the William Friedkin film 'The Exorcist' (released the same year). 
It had three sequels: "Tubular Bells II" (1992), "Tubular Bells III" (1998) and "The Millennium Bell" (1999).

    1. Też bardzo lubię ten album. U mnie zachował się jeszcze VHS z Jego teledyskami. Wielki artysta, nawet teledyski miał niesamowite jak na tamte czasy.
